Heater/ A/c Switches dont work? help no defrosters

Engine: 4.0 high output
Heater/ A/c Switches dont work? help no defrosters
I got into my 94 xj the other day and none of the heat or a/c or defrosters work. i was told it could be the blower motor or the resistor. but if its the resistor i should have low and high functions. i was wondering if anyone ever had any relay problems?
