Heater blowing cold air but.

Try taking off the heater lines and blowing out the heater core a few times...They run along the valve cover's right side, one from the water pump to the heater core, one from the thermostat housing to the heater core. You can use a hose, or air compressor, or alternate between the two.

X2 I think your heater core is clogged up with rust or possibly your heater control valve is bad.
