Default heater air not hot

heater will not warm up, new thermostat, engine temp runs 210, heater core has been flushed with a pressure washer, heater door does work...... next step ?????? 2000 xj heater hoses are getting hot , il check on the heater control valve

What year? Do you have a heater control valve on it? are the 2 hoses to and from the heater core getting hot?
Need this info to help.

Is the engine running?

Like he said... you need to know if you're getting hot coolant to the hear core. Feel the hoses. If both are hot then you should have heat. If one is hot and one is cold then something isn't flowing correctly. If both are cold something is stopping the coolant up stream.

In for info on the heater core flush.My heater does not get very warm either.I'm losing a little coolant every week out of my overflow too. No visible leaks, no white smoke, oil looks good.

No heater control valve on '97 up XJ, factory eliminated it. Possibly a weak water pump.
