I did many searches. All of the post I have seen say that the switch blinks. Both my switchs light up but dont blink and they do not heat up. Is there a fuse or anything that would cause this? Thanks.

Sounds like the heating element is broken itself

from what I have read, most seats do not show a faulty light when the element is broken or damaged. Try putting an OHM reader on the heating element with power unplugged. If it shows open, you have a break. Peel the seat material back and inspect the element. They can be soldered to repair a break. Look for a black burn spot on the white foam (kinda looks like a cigarette burn). Hope this helps.

So even if the switches don't blink a
it can still be a broken element?
