Heated seat help

Model: Cherokee (XJ)
1996 XJ Grand Cherokee Limited - Driver's seat heat/warmer not working (passenger side works)
Is there a plug under the seat or somewhere that might have been unplugged by the mechanic*? I can't see under there very well
At some point I think the dealer took the seat out to repair something and they also serviced a recall under the steering wheel/drivers side dash area.
*My Honda Accord cruise control stopped working. Then I remembered it was around the time I had it serviced by the dealer. I looked under the hood and sure enough there were two wires unplugged from each other. Plugged them in and I had cruise control again!
