Default Heat Soak help

can heat soak cause a rough idle. I know I need to wrap my injectors because I have a heat soak issue after driving. But what about the first drive. My jeep seems to idle a little rough. Does heat soak cause low idle while stoped during regular driving? I did clean the the throttle body and changed the plugs. It seems to run a little better but the idle is just a notch below 500 and feels just a little rough. Also, is there something I can get localy to wrap the injectors with. I have seen heat shields for plug wires.

just posted something like this earlier, there is a technical service bulletine on this. Especially on hot restarts. There is a revised design to the Idle air control motor on throttle body. Replace it with battery disconnected, then reconnect and idle in drive for 5 min, shut off and restart, should be fixed

This is going to sound dumb but where do you get the new revised IAC? From dealership? or can it be picked up at an autoparts store?

Can anyone tell me where to find this bulletine? I have been googling this for an hour trying to find this updated IAC motor and have no luck.
