So my headliner was all droopy, so i took it out the car. I took off the fabric and began to scrap off all the little foam tid-bits. i have now ran into a problem.. It seems as if the plastic that goes inbetween the fabric and the fiberglass is pealing up. whatt should i do? should i rip it all off and just adhere the fabric to the fiberglass or should i buy some thin plastic and glue that onto the fiberglass?

this is the picture with the hole, theres also a couple of other holes like this in the plastic, as well as a slight bubble

 

i might think you need a new headliner if not just pull that off and apply that way
