Anyone have a GOOD idea on what to replace the headliner with? i tore it out and now i need to put something up, just didnt want it to be so plain! any crazy ideas?

Yes camo would be interesting! do you know any spray on foam that would take the place of that particle board stuff? I was gunna cut up my 49ers throw blanket and glue it up! but its not enough to stop the vibrations

 

Don't know of any foam but someone was taking theirs down to recover it and it started to fall apart. I suggested that they get some fiberglass cloth and gel and redo it and they reported that that worked just fine and re-stabilized the headliner backing.
