It's on the turn signal stalk.

Better to start a new thread. Dragging up an old one like this isn't really good practice.

This was a ground problem for me. So I did a quick fix and went with a new ground to the headlights. Problem solved.

Default Better solution

My advise is to install an up-grade harness for the headlights. The factory design has all the current for the headlights running thru the headlight switch and the multifunction switch and they can't carry the load effectively. What the up-grade harness does is put 2 relays in the circuit for the headlights so all the current comes directly from the battery and all the factory switches do is trip the relays. I got one from All Star Truck Parts on Amazon for $20. It took me about 3 hours to install because I'm a putz and didn't remove the plastic support panel. I put ordinary Sylvania Silverstar sealed beams in it and the light output was incredible! It's a plug-and-play installation. No cutting and splicing wires or mounting switches. All you have to mount is the 2 relays so they don't flop around. It has it's own fuse holder built into the harness. The headlight plugs are ceramic so you can up-grade to H4 bulbs if you want.
