I was up wheelin. Turn my lights off when we stopped. Turned than back on. Nothin. Fuse is good and if I hold my high beam switch they come on. Fuse is good. Gonna replace switch with one from junk yard. Any idea on where relay is.

There isn't a relay. Power flows directly through the headlight switch, then through the dimmer (high/low) switch, then to the headlights.
Pull the headlight switch and have a look, often the plug melts a bit. Stick a meter on there to see if power passes through when you turn the headlight switch on. Might be the dimmer switch that failed.
