FWIW, the Autopals are glass, not plastic.

last question, have you upgraded your driving lights down below the bumper or just replaced them when they broke and from where on both.. thanks again.. ya, mine are broken... cant decide if I am replacing them or waiting for the bumper I want to put on the truck..

Autopals are fine. Don't get hot or anything.
Get some Autopals with H4s and the harness done and you may re-think the need for driving lights.

Yeah, they are. They look just like any other H-4 lamp I've ever had.

I've seen them sold without the rubber boot that seals the bulb to the housing.

I did the Hella e-code housings, the Putco harness and Hella bulbs...major improvement.

Anything else I add will be LED.

Do you guys think these would be good?
It looks like the seller has sold quite a few of these.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/7x6-H6054-PA...d9dcc1&vxp=mtr

I'm new to the Jeep world and Im looking to do some things to my 1999 Jeep Cherokee. I just made some 2x6 box tube sliders to go in place of my rockers(which suprisingly only have 1 rust hole).

After reading about the harness it seems like some people like it and some say its cheap and makes there lights come on and off. Anyone know if most people have had good luck with it?

Just looking for the "best bang for your buck" headlight upgrade. I dont need anything outrageous, just want my lows to be brighter.

Thanks guys

The harness is fine if installed properly. It's my opinion that people who have trouble with any harnesses do not scrape the ground attachment points down to bare metal. I have installed 4 of the Putco harnesses with virtually no issues.

searchin for lights myself. I think the ones you are askin about fall in the range of pozer lights and as I saw in another thread your light would be all over the place and not focused in front of you on the road where you want them. next post down from yours shows a better set up from what I have seen in my research. good luck..
