Headlight Switch won't turn off headlights?

Headlight Switch won't turn off headlights?
Hey guys, in my 2001 Cherokee, the headlight switch will not turn off the headlights, when pushed all the way in, just the ambers. If i have he stalk to hi beam, then it will turn the lights off, but not in low beam. Anyone know why that could be? It worked correctly yesterday, an it would always time out like its supposed to. I have a h4 harness, and rampage h4 conversion.
