Default Headlight problems after puddle

I drove through a deep puddle at about 30mph and now im having heqdlight issues. First, the headlights are very dim on low beams. When i tap the drivers side headlight the passenger side goes out and the drivers side goes to regular brightness. When i then turn on the brights the drivers side goes out and the passengers side gets full power brights. If i turn the brights off both headlights come back on with reduced power until i bump the headligbts and the pass goes back out and drivers goes to full power.

So what did i get wet? The headlights themselves are pretty new and im sure it isnt them, could it be a relay or switch or something?

Is this forum all mall crawlers? I know some of you like to get your Jeeps dirty or wet. Someone has to have experienced this problem.

Sounds like you have got a bad or non-existent ground somewhere.

Something may have gotten knocked loose or unplugged by the force of the water.

easy........................., you may have gotten mud in your connections, or if a ground is exposed, it could have severely fried the conductive metals. air is meant to get past the drivers side headlight ( into the air box). I would (disconnect battery) take both sides apart, inspect all male and female connections, and examine the brain box fuses under the hood. if there is mud in there... yeah
