b4 you start it today spin the clutch fan note how east it spins then warm it up and spin again there should be a noteable change, also another rad cap is needed or get the one you have pressure checked .
but that doesnt rule out that there is no heat, ill try to explain it again in detail.
Installed a clearwater head the other day, started up yesterday no issue's heated up normal
heat worked
didnt overheat.
I let it sit for around 4 hours til i got off work, went outside to start.
belt started squeaking bad.
then i started to drive it to my home. (less than a mile away)
i noticed that my heat was ice cold
temp gauge started to get past 215.
I got in my driveway and noticed that there was some coolant that sprayed out of the radiator cap. I checked for coolant level, it was good. I squeezed the upper rad hose and it was swollen, i grabbed the two hoses that go into the firewall and they were swollen. after sitting about 5 minutes they returned to a normal state.
Maybe the thermostat went out on me after i drove it the first time? and it wont open? both rad hoses are hot. but i dont see how any fans would not cause me to have heat.
im going to start with a new thermostat and new rad cap and see what happens from there

I'm going to tighten the belt, see what happens. Then go get a rad cap and thermostat. Hopefully that will do the trick.
The radiator was new in November and I don't think it's clogged. I'll keep updating as progress comtinues
