Where can i get one? The chrysler/jeep ones they have dont fit my year. Its an 87 btw. So where can i get one? I was going to make one but i want it to look a little mroe factory than a piece of painted plywood lol

what is a head unit bezel

 

the plastic dash bezel will fill snug right around the faceplate if you use the factory radio mounts, no extra bezel needed

 

I have a 91 and a 94 both with Sony Xplod units (different models).

I used the factory mount bracket. Some hole slotting (minor) was needed to get the units to sit evenly in the dash bezel opening.

There is roughly 1/16" clearance around them. Didn't bother with those annoying "mounting kits"

okay as im sure most of you know this is my daily/beater so i dont want anything fancy in it, thats why i have my camaro lol But i bought an 80 dollar job at autozone that will do everything i need it to. While i was there i looked at their "Install kits" They dont make one for my year model. And im doing this project tomorrow so i dont have time to order one and i am putting it where the old unit was stolen from so the mounting brackets are all trashed so i am going to have to fab up some mounting brackets so i will probably have to fab up a bezel too, from the looks of it, it shouldnt be too hard but thats how everything always LOOKS.
