Default head lights out?

im at mygirls house and its pretty dark. i start to drive offf but my head lights wont come on. all the dash and interior lights and brake lights work but when i turn the lights on the high been comes on the dash lights but lights still dont work so hadto get a ride home. i checked the circuit and relay box and the head lights fuse is good. idk what to do? this sounds dumb because it did this yesterday i exactly what it did today but when i tried to drive it home after like .5 of a mile the lights came on and work the rest on the night and this morning

You could try cleaning the push on connector behind the switch. I have a feeling its the module though.
