Is it listed as an H3 in your owners manual?

The headlight should be a 6054 sealed beam and the driving/ fog light is an H3. I just put the Silver Stars in and love them. It is like night and day from stock.

What I am curious about is how hard is it to get them all lined and aimed properly? Never changed one on an XJ before so just curious..I realize you don't have to re-aim them when you change the bulb but still I think I am going to readjust the aim a bit as mine are off..Is it just a matter of adjusting the screws?

yeah that is simple, i adjusted my projector fogs on my cobalt, you go straigh at a wall and park it there, then turn lights on if you dont have them allready, and see the reflecton, it should be a straig line and it highest part the light can be over 5ft tall I belive or for safety issues.. you can blind people on the other side of the road or drive crazy the guy infront, as for how to do it on the xj I dont know, I havent touch my lights yet..

Yeah I am going to replace mine with SilverStars so if I don't find anything I'll figure it out and make a small write up on it..
