Default Head gasket?

Hello all, I have seen my head sweating or leaking a tiny bit for the last 2 months, oil isn't going into the coolant, I'm thinking maybe the head is warped or the bolts need to be torqued down? I have t driven the jeep 4.0 '96 in 4 days, when I got home today I noticed a wet spot about 12" in diameter directly under the oil filter, I have been having a problem with the oil filter leaking a little bit, but, it doesn't look or feel like oil, could it be coolant seeping from the head? Would it leak without it running for such a long time? I'm in ny where it's been in the 30's

So, what DOES it look like? Green, red, brown, no colour?
Leaking from the oil filter adpator housing is not uncommon, but that would look like oil.
And what do you mean you've seen the head sweating, is it leaking oil?

There are no real distinct drips, it's a little wet where the head meets the block, almost like condensation, I clean it off with degreaser and it comes back just about a week later, it's not coming from the adapter or filter, hard to tell the exact color bc it's on blacktop, but when I put my finger in it, the texture is more like coolant vs oil

ELIMINATE the HCV using a piece of tubing. They're all junk and totally unnecessary.
