I have a pioneer dvd player in dash, the audio is run to my Clarion head unit that I installed in my overhead console. I have plans to put a monitor in the glove box door, so my wife can watch while we are going somewhere, but for now the video output is connected to a wire that runs out to the back of the cargo area, and then extends 25 feet dehind the truck so I can hook up my projector while Im camping.(Luxury camping)tack up a king sizes sheet behind my rig and open the doors, instant outdoor theatre.

I have a Sony Xplode usb dvd ipod player in dash with 400 watts going to 2 10 inch pyle driver subs mounted in a home made box that fits in the right rear corner of my jeep. I also have 400 more watts driving 4 six inch round speakers in the doors and rear hatch and 2 tweeters being driven by the radio power (100 watts) in the rear speaker bar mount...Tj

i have a polaroid portable dvd player that i screwed to my roof right in front of my rear view mirror. i had my cb mounted there and when i changed to a bigger cb i had a hole there so i use my dvd player to cover it. its nothing fancy but its something to watch while your stuck in the woods or something like that. i had wide visors in my jeep then i changed interior and the new visors are smaller so when i put my cb in the factory visor holes then when i took my cb down i put one screw though the bottom of my dvd player and into that extra support bracket between the factory visor holes. but i had to use a special screw or the laser would hit the screw inside. will try to get some pictures. but this will only work if your dvd player has a button to flip the screen up side down because if you do this the dvd player will actually be up side down.
