My 95 starts horrible it sounds like the battery is dying when I start it like a slow chirp we all know what that sound is but I have a brand new battery and my connection is fine.
Could it be starter? Idk the last time it was replaced cuz this was my parents car and they never changed it.
Or do I need new spark plugs andd wires or cap and rotor?

 

I'd start with plugs, wires, cap and rotor. This should be routine maintenance anyways and it's cheap and simple to do!
