Thanks guys, except the dupe accuser. Plug wires are correct and I left them connected at the plugs and transferred them to new cap. Tonight I took out the harness to the speed sensor and separated the wires which were stuck together with the downstream O2 wires. Taped the speed sensor wires and installed new zip wrap.
No joy.

Sorry guys. Is a '99 body with a '00 engine n trans.
Downstream disconnected because harness end ripped out. Can't find a harness end connector (male). Spark plug wires aren't problem.

I appreciate any more help I can get. We're still broke. All the parts and work I have mentioned have taken place since problem started. Going to try IAT today.

Replace the whole harness, shouldn't be to hard to find. That should at least get the codes you have cleared.
