so yesterday i was driving down kind of a rough, rocky dirt road and every team i drove over a particularly rough patch my jeep would make a bad knocking noise and i tried to pinpoint it. it seemed like it was coming from right in front of my feet. i looked out the window when this happened and my wheel looked like it was shaking side to side more than it should have
possibly related: if i turn my wheel all the way left, no problem. if i start to turn all the way back, my steering wheel feels stuck, like it doesnt want to turn. i had it realigned but that didn't fix the issue. it feels like its something wrong with the tire.
i have a '96 with 33"s on 4.5" lift. i do NOT have upgraded steering (i know, i know
its my to do list)

^times 2 ... many possibilities. get the front axle up on jack stands and start wiggling, shaking grabbing the tires top to bottom (for looseness in unit bearings) the tie rod and drag link for looseness. is your track bar good and tight? is the track bar centered ? start it up and turn steering lock to lock and see if same issues present themselves. Let us know what you find.
