alright guys here we go it just started spitting and sputtering i tryed sea foam and no luck also i dont know if this would cause it but there is a exhaust leak right on the header at the y please help this only happen under acceleration but if i slam on the gas it cleans up

 

Does it jump and buck upon acceleration, but sits and idles ok. If so, change out the fuel filter underneath the jeep, or at least take the back fuel line off it and dump out the water/and/or crap. Mine did the same thing. Took a couple times to get all the crud out of it.
Let us know what happens.

it also idles rough it was poping also when accelerating

 

Sounds like bad fuel,change your fuel filter,you may have to do it more than once.

 

also sometimes i can hear a loud humming noise from the rear
