Hey all, I got totally spun around looking for plans/guides/templates/etc. for a homebrew set of bumpers. I remember seeing at one time a pdf file with specs and measurements, but I got lost in all the other discussions of bull bars and the like. I'm looking to build my own set of bumpers and need all of the specs I can get my hands on. Please reply with all the specs and templates and advice you have.

That being said I have a few questions:
1. What is the cost for the product on a front bumper that can tenderize, skin, process, and jerky deer or other road rats? I'd like one that surrounds the headlights.
2. Can this be done with plans only and without access to an XJ for test fitting?
3. How do you rust proof these when you're done?
4. How do you build the mounting brackets so that it functions for tow points?
