Ground cable right next to the battery on the left is too short. Can I replace that?

Ground cable right next to the battery on the left is too short. Can I replace that?
I found out my problem for my xj not starting. Thanks guys. Anyways something else is bothering me. I guess when I was installing new terminals last month I cut the ground cable to short and it makes the battery terminal but barely. I hope someone knows what I am talking about.
It's to the left of the battery.
What kind of replacement do I get for that.
