I was thinking of doing grill inserts for my 01 silverstone but don't want a crap product or for it to look cheesy. Could someone point me to what ones would be the best and maybe pics?

I have the above mentioned Mr. Grille inserts for my 2001 XJ. I really like them and they were really easy to install. Here's a pic an I hope it helps!

 

Too bad their pictures have a jeep with the chrome grill that I barely ever see instead of the color matched one

 

Are those stock? I'm trying to see the difference... The one in the link shows the chrome grilled xj not the painted one. I have a silverstone 01

 

I have an 01 limited and that is my stock grill surround that was painted the same color as the rest of my vehicle. I simply bought the black aluminum inserts that attach over top the stock plastic grill inserts. It adds a nice billet look and you can't even see the stock plastic grill sitting behind them. They literally attach to the plastic grill with 2 black zipties per insert. You can't see the zipties either once it's done
