Default green bastard wont start

I just replaced my cps yesterday, hoping that this would make my jeep fire up, but it still wont..... When its turning over its sounds like its going to try and fire up every few turns. It is getting fuel at the rail. Does anyone know why it isnt firing? could it be timing or having to turn the distributor? its a 1994 5speed

check your fuses in the under hood relay/fuse box.

i had a grounding issue that stopped the injectors from firing. everything was right but that fuse.

If it was the timing and you haven't messed with it before now, you would have a major problem. Are you getting spark? You see fuel at the rail, but what is the pressure?
