grand cherokee custom rear tow hook mount

grand cherokee custom rear tow hook mount
i just picked up a rear tow hook from a grand cherokee from the junkyard. im wondering how i will mount the most forward point, it requires a stud from the factory. any easy way to tread in a nut or something?? thanks!!
