How is a good rad flush done? any certain tools needed? Special fluids to break down/prevent internal rust?

I just put in a replacement radiator from Advance Auto. Nothing special, but does just as good of a job as the original did. Mine never even hits 210, even in traffic or wheeling on hot summer days.

My 95's have a panel above the radiator that goes from fender to fender AND bolts to the header panel. It completely blocks the top of the rad from view AND covers the upper hose's clamp. If your 2000 is like that, it's more work that stated here. nothing ridiculous, just more steps. and torx bolts
