Damn I wish I lived down there. You guys can get XJ's for dirt cheapif 2k is steep. I paid $2500 for my '94 with a 3" skyjacker and Xterrains. Its got 265000km on it. It was one of the cheaper ones I saw too.

i think its a good price. sounds mantained, but also sounds like it got used a little if you know what i mean.
but why buy that jeep with those mods if you're gonna do more of a lift. i'd find a stock 96 in good shape for around that price or a hair less with less miles.

i don't think i'd buy a used jeep w/ a locker and header, to me that = foot in the skinny pedal. if it was a great price, and the way i wanted it then maybe. but its not even set up the way you want it.
buy a stock jeep, less miles, less chance of abuse, and know you're starting on a cleaner platforml

not bad lookin at all. and you know what, i just remembered, you're new to the whole jeep game right? that might not be all that bad, cuz what you think you wanna build when you first start learning, isn't always the same once you're in a jeep for a little while.
i wish you could find them lookin like that does underneath in the midwest.

you cant get the part that it has in it for 2k
so don't let these guys tell you different
even if you bought a stocker for 300 bucks
and did all that work your self it would be over the2k mark

2k seems fair to me..Jeeps around here for the newer models go for more then that. If you live in the rust belt then yeah 2k is over priced but if you don't and it's a rust free well maintained jeep then I'd say it's worth 2k.

i say go for it. it looks good like it is. i'd buy it and roll it as is for awhile until money and time allow for change. i bought my jeep in great shape stock for $800 bucks and in the last 6 months have dropped close to 2 grand in it. problem is i only have a turdy 5 in the rear and no lockers. bottom line is that looks like a good deal to me for 2g's
