Default got a couple problems when running

Alright so I was here a while back asking about low idle and I thought it was the old spark plugs causing it. Well I did that and the idle is still around 500RPM but I haven't really gotten to doing anything else since.

I'll start it right up and it will idle a little higher but then go down to just above 500RPM. Sometimes I'll start it up and it will run really rough kinda feels like a dead cylinder or something but that rarely happens.

Also. I have a constanct rotational noise coming from what sounds like the engine compartment and on my video you can hear it real well.

So if anyone notices any obvious problems. Please tell me, I'm a jeep noob, only had it for about 6 months.

my 97 idles right on that second line too, I think that's where it's supposed to idle. Mine's a stick shift though, so there is no load on it putting it in gear until I let off the clutch. The ticking sounds just like torque converter bolts just like you said, or bent flex plate. Nice to see someone else in columbus on here!

Cleaned the IAC valve a couple hours ago, it started right up and idled at around 975RPM and was doing great but after driving it for about 10 minutes it dropped back down to around 475-500 and won't go back up. guess I'm onto the next thing.

Just replace the IAC and be done with that part of your running problems.
