Some have shims at the lower control arm to frame mount, some have cam bolts at the axle end of the lower control arm for caster. Camber is adjusted with off set ball joints, but you have other problems if you need those, like a bent axle tube.

Death wobble has many causes. A bad tire is an unlikely culprit. It will cause a shimmy, not DW. Big difference. Get an adjustable track bar if you don't already have one. If you do have one, check the upper mount and the bushings . They can wallow out quickly. Check your CA bushings as well as what the guys are telling you above. Your front end mechanic is partially right. But I would get a 4x4 guy to do the work. People not used to working on lifted JEEPS might not get it right. The very first guy told me it was my tires ... he was dead wrong. The Chevy/Ford/Dodge truck guys are not the ones for you.
My DW was cured by a combination of fixes, including new new adj. track bar, UCA bushings, steering stabilizer, Currie steering, adjusting the length of my CA's, steering box swap ... bla, bla, bla.
