i just spoke to a guy at a spicer dealer and he said that he has greasable uj's for my xj at 10.96 a pop just wondering if that sounds in the ballpark range or should i buy a pallet full at that price

alljeep.com sells em for about $28 a piece for the 1310 style and 297/706 axle joints are about the same. So that's dirt cheap. Get the part#'s.

uuh... i dont know about jeep specific but at autozone if you get the right brand ujoint they had them greasable... ive always replaced mine through them with the greasables... were the same price as the rest anyway really... $10 or $12 each i think... well i just looked them up for your vehicle and there just some that say they will never have to be greased again with a liftime warranty... the cheaper ones werent greasable either i dont think... and no lifetime... so id say get them... me personally will go with the lifetimes since they seem to go out alot on these jeeps... whenever mine go...
