small crack in block fix
i used a couple of bottles of the silicate/copper liquid mix to fix a small crack in my block and it actually worked! my heep is no longer running hot or leaking coolant. question is, is this a good fix, or should i start looking for another motor. straight 6- 4.0. the motor in it has 330,000 miles or so, so maybe it's time to just drop another one in it. opinions?

When I had my Toyota I bought some parts from a guy that had a similar problem on his 4runner. He had a cracked block and never fixed it. He said it was leaking fluid for at least a year and just kept topping it off.
However it was a Toyota.
I would keep my eyes open for another block.
