Default Good pair of jack stands

Hello Everyone,

I want to get a new pair of jack stands. I would be using these stands for the jeep and for a vw I want to restore. I was thinking of getting something along the lines for 4-6 ton. I also recently saw that pepgirls is selling 3 or 4 ton alum jack stands. I was wondering if anyone know of a stand that has the v grove but allows you to change it out for pads for unibody cars.

I've never seen a set of stands w a swapable pad. My Napa stands have a pretty shallow v so they work well for just about everything I work on.. unibodies included

Northern tool has ones with the locking pins. I'm a nervous guy under a car.
