My Jeep needs some new tie rod ends I know passenger side is shot truck swirves down road a little & side swiping a curb at 40mph early in the morning didn't help it either I was falling asleep. But I wanna check driverside to see how bad it is/if it is bad not in budget to do both. Also any tips on checking any other steering components would be cool to learn too cause its all factory stuff right now & Jeep has almost 200,000 miles on it.

i would just get the cheap TRE's (about $20) they will last you about 20,000-70,000 miles or even more and replace the 3 small ones. (at the pitman arm, and both ends of the tie rod). The long one, the one that connects to your passenger side wheel is the one that is the expensive one....
and if there is any play in your steering that part with play is bad.
I would just do all TRE's and a new steering stabilizer. Also check your track bar and control arm bushings

Worn wheel bearings will also give you some "play" when they start to go. They are unihubs and cost about $130-140 each. You check them by lifting the front and having someone wiggle the tire/wheel while you observe. ANY play means something is worn. Some wear won't kill you but too much will. Just exactly when you hit "too much" can only be judged by someone with experience.
I have some wiggle in my bearings but the aren't quite ready to go. On the other hand...bad bearings can result in damage to the axle. I'll likely change mine in the next month or so.

So out of all this advice no one knows how to check the tres. Steering stabilizer is brand new rubicon express & wheel hubs are new brute force but passenger side hub does need to be replaced after hitting curb it screwed up bearings. Hub doesn't have play still solid that's why I wanna check tres. Where did you find tres for $20 I get a 20% discount at Advance & the tre are not $20 but they may have gave me price on more expensive parts.

$76.99(the one that connects to passenger side wheel)
I personally run the master pro ($16.99) Because in highschool i didnt have alot of money. I have had no issues from them so far (2 years of hard wheeling and high way driving)
and just see if the TRE have any play, if they have play they are bad
