Flo-Pro! Less than $50, looks like a Flowmaster. Not loud in the jeep but has a nice slightly aggressive sound under acceleration. Cruising not even noticeable.
sound clip too
I"ll be putting one on my wifes' Expy soon also.

You ever have a glasspack? I've had mine for over 6 months and I've had it through all extremes from being instantly submerged in ice cold water crossings at operating temp, to smashing is on rocks and downed trees when wheeling. They are practically bomb proof. IT IS STILL THE RED COLOR WITH NO DAMAGE OTHER THAN A SMALL CHIP IN THE PAINT HERE OR THERE!

i tried to list the page but it didnt work... www.ebaymotors.com and just type in magnaflow... i only read through the first 20 or 30 or 23,000 but only acouple even broke $100... i think if you pay more then $100 for a muffler on a XJ then it should be running 11's... lol

Anybody try a Flowmaster 50 SUV series on an XJ? I am thinking of putting one on mine. I have heard the 40 series, too loud for me, the 50 series is supposed to be quieter, but the 50-SUV is even more quiet. Any experiences?

My problem with my 40 series isnt how loud it is. Its really not bad at all once the exhaust is warmed up to temperature. Its actually very quiet at a cruise, and it will bark when you want it to. The problem is that it dosnt sound really good all the time. At idle it has a nice little rumble, at cruise it sounds ok, but blip the throttle and at about 2500 rpm its loud as hell and sounds almost like a throaty coffee can on a civic or something. I really think a resonator somewhere in the exhaust would take care of most of that without losing any power, course I also have 2.5' piping as well.
