Great, I'm sure somebody can help. BTW, I meant the front windshield is made that way, installed with a rubber compound. There is no conventional "gasket". The "glue" is concealed under the trim.

You can get the seals for the door glass at rock auto for about 10 bucks a piece. I would'nt mess with the seal at the divider bar unless I had to because the seal costs about 75 bucks. I pulled mine out not knowing it cost so much and going to try a seal I found at JC whitney. I'll let you know how it fits.
The seals for the door glass are very easy to change. Just roll the window down, pry them out, and you might have to trim the new seals a little and just push them in.

From the pictures shown you need the outer glass seals. Mine are worse then yours lol. This link should put you were you need to be.

i didnt even see that a link had been posted , you should be able to get those from rock auto also ... but if they dont leak i wouldnt worry about replacing them IMO
