I know this may sound stupid... But did she get out and check to see if the tire is flat? It may seem like common sense to us, but i've learned women dont "think" as much as we do apparently

Excuse me? You better start your back peddling bro... Just because a lot of women don't know anything about cars doesn't mean anything... Obviously if your saying that her bf didn't think of it either.

But the only think i can think of that she could have bent is the metal bracing connecting the bottom of the front fender and the body. Other than that... what he Gatchmo said. Cant really think of much that would rub in the back.

You better bite that tongue of yours.
Check to see if one of the lug nuts got knocked loose?

i think you guys are saying the same thing. He's referring to the group of women that don't know anything about cars. He didn't mean that women can't think as much as men, we all know that ain't true. And the fact that a lot of women don't know anything about cars does mean something....it means that a lot of women don't know anything about cars. Not all of them obviously, but most. Sure there are plenty of exceptions, but the fact remains. There aren't a lot of guy cheerleaders....but they exist...yet the majority of men do not cheer lead. You don't see cheerleading guys getting all upset because somebody said most guys aren't cheerleaders.

I would check for a flat, loose lug nuts, maybe a sway bar or leaf pack. Also check for any hoses dragging on the bottom, my Wrangler has that happen all the time.

Lol after having the three women in my family ALL drive home with a flat tire within a month when they all "heard something and felt it drive funny, but figured it was nothing" I've lost all hope for the females I know. And it was a joke, no reason to get all heated and such

Ask her if its more of a "sliding" noise or a "scraping" noise. And is it rubbing Full time? or intermediately?

So she got it jacked up and spun the tire and there was no noise it's only when it has pressure on the tire
