Default Getting a new exhaust setup soon....

Ok well first off this is for my ZJ that has the 5.2 v8. Im posting it here becuase way more people check this section than the Grand Cherokee section and this is just an exhaust question. Anyways, I did an exhaust for my xj and I plan on following the same setup but this time I plan on using 3inch diameter tubing instead of 2.5inch. I wanted to go from the headers back, new cat and a new muffler. Last time I used a Flowmaster super 44 and it rocked, it was very loud but not annoying. I would like to get it again but I am concerned about how loud it will be on the ZJ with the v8. I recently moved to Carson City, NV and do way way more freeway driving. I would hate to get the super 44 and have it be annoying everytime I go to work on the freeway. However I'm going to a 3inch setup, I dont know if this will make it even louder or the opposite. The bigger tubing will carry more exhuast i know that but the exhaust may be traveling at a lesser speed due to more room inside the tube. Do you guys think I can get away with using the super 44 or should I go with something like a Magnaflow.... I know the difference between the two, I just dont want to regret what I buy, so all your opinions are welcome. Thanks.

I used to hang out on JeepsUnlimited and over in the SpeedFreaks section all the ZJ/WJ guys liked the flowmasters with the 3" pipe. Maybe if you're worried about the sound you should check out the flowmaster 50 series muffler.

I'm not too worried about the sound, I just want it to sound good. Anyways I think I'm going to go with the 3 inch and the flowmaster. I'm thinking about going with 3 inches from the headers back. If it ends being to loud I'll go to the flowmaster 50 or something.

then i would suggest the super 40. its still has great sound but not as loud and whining like the 44. it has a deeper growl which will sound awesome on the 5.2. look into videos on youtube.
