gear ratio question

gear ratio question
What's the biggest difference the front and rear dif gears can be without matching and not cause any problems? Would a 3.50 rear Ford 9 inch be ok with a front 3.54 front Dana 30?

brand dont matter its just dont wanna be to far from each other with the number , being the exact same is better but a little off will work
