Gauges and interior lights not working

Gauges and interior lights not working
Only 2 of my gauges work which are the oil and battery gauges the rest dont move...so i replaced the gauge cluster and those two gauges are still the only ones working and my interior lights dont work.the ones that work are the blinkers, high beams, and the glove box light and the warning lights work but the shifter and other gauge lights dont work so i replaced the headlamp switch and still nothing and I have checcked all the fuses but i am stumped....any help would be great!This is a 96 cherokee by the way.

From Joe Peters and well stated. Sounds harsh but just makes sense:
"Let’s play a game.
You pretend that you are the only one that knows what year/engine, etc that you are asking about.

ok...so i drive a 4x4 jeep cherokee sport with 4.0 H/O engine and its an automatic.and yes i checked the lights with a checker there no power going to them. and the fuses are fine
