Gauge cluster wiring problem

I’ve been chasing a wiring gremlin for a while now. Gauges will go off and you can push on the dash and they would come back on. When they go off, the AC quits blowing as well. Cleaned the plugs and it didn’t help any. Got to messing with the headlight switch and when you push on it they would work fine. The gauges would dim away and the hazards would faintly come on. Put a new headlight switch in and when you turn on the interior lights the gauges work fine but turn them off and the gauges quit. I’m at a loss here. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Not sure if this is the right place to post this thread as this is my first post

This is the correct place! Welcome to the forum.
Sure sounds like a loose connection but it might not be where you are looking. Most people forget to check the ground side of things. See my sig, #1.
