I checked the headlight switch and everything seems to be fine. It looks fairly new and All the connectors are in good condition. My #19 fuse blew again so I probably do have a short somewhere. You're right, those are no fun at all. Could my LED's be causing the fuse to blow?

I had the same problem. But my lights were all so dim i couldn't see them. I checked my ignition switch. Because the wires always burn out. So do the wiggle test. Wiggle all the wires under the dash and see if anything lights up for a second you know what i mean? And also clean the grounds under the dash. And check the ground going to the body/frame. Hope this helps. It fixed my problem.

A fuse that keeps failing, could be a bad ground.

LEDs wouldn't cause the fuse to blow unless they were shorting out, some cheap ones have exposed contacts on them. But i doubt that's happening unless you forgot to screw one back into place.

I would just start digging around looking for worn insulation or bad connectors.

Thanks guys. I'm continuing to dig around, hopefully I'll find the problem soon.
