gauge cluster ideas?

well my spedometer needle is bouncing back and fourth and i was looking to keep the same cluster but cut it up and put some Autometer gauges in the place of the old ones. has anyone done this or anything similar? im just looking for ideas and pictures would be great!

okay well that is actually my jeep in that video...
What i did was take the speedo gear out, (just one bolt to do so) take the entire thing apart and clean everything with electrics cleaner and made sure everything was oil and dirt free. Then i put a bit of dieletric grease over the connector and made sure the connection was tight. Problem solved! i broke the little clip that hold the connector on tight so dirt and grime and water was able to get up in there cause what you saw in the video
