gas tank fuel strap wrench size?

one of the straps rusted out on me.....so i got the nuts/bolts soaking in penetrating oil now

what size wrench will i need to get those loose/off?

someone here had to do this before ...let me know asap

9/16 wrench or socket should fit.

^ What he said. However if the straps rusted out, my guess is even with penetrating oil you are liable to break the bolts.
