What is everyone getting gallon-wise in their gas tank? My 89 looks to hold about 12-13 gallons. I have a 4.0 with auto tranny and the MPG seem to SUCK with my 33's on...

I know with some earlier year YJs you could pull out a portion of the overflow bottle neck an get an instant 3-6 gallons MORE in the tank, anyone know if this is the same for XJs?

Nice! another project for the 89' come spring.

Just did this mod about two weeks ago and can now squeeze in about 23.5 gallons. All for about $6 in parts.
