gas gauge problem & other tech issues

gas gauge problem & other tech issues
so everytime i make a left turn my gauge drops like uncomfortably low its weird
its this normal?
and im looking to convert to a different cooling system. i head the 1 row is crap
any suggestions?
anything will help ill be doing this in the near future
and maybe a good website for quality rebuilds for motor if possible, it appears that im using some oil :[ but it still trucks
