gas gauge problem ????

gas gauge problem ????

My gas gauge was working fine before I put in a new positive battery cable and changed my starter. Now when I fill up it goes WAY past the full point. What have I done to cause this?

Try unpluging the wires on the gas tank maybe one of the connections is lose or dirty.

This happened to mine so I punched it and now it works lol
