I keep blowing the fuse for my electric windows, sometimes it takes a minute and sometimes it pops right away. I also noticed my entry lights that normally come on when you open the door won't come on until the keys are in and in the ignition on position. This totally bites cause it's so hot out now, I would love to roll down my windows.

Your fuse issue sounds like a short. In that it acts differently at times, it sounds like a chafed wire. I'll speculate that its in the harness going into the driver's door as that would seem to be the most used. This seems logical to my way of thinking and troubleshooting, but I'm finding these XJs notorious for electrical problems in unlikely places.
